Joseph Ciannilli, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

In 1996, Joe began his career in hearing health, and has been providing care for patients in Northeastern Pennsylvania ever since. He is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science Degree. He completed his graduate degree at Wilkes University, graduating Magna Cum Laude while earning his Masters of Science Degree. Joe has been through extensive training as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, and has received national recognition for his outstanding dedication and service. In addition to being a Hearing Instrument Specialist, he is also a member of the International Hearing Society.

Joe is a native of Moosic, Pa. and enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his loved ones. He has dedicated his life to serving the hearing impaired and providing the most compassionate and knowledgeable care and service to his patients. Lab Technician

My name is Ian Walsh, and I have been working in the healthcare field since 2007. I really enjoy assisting others with their healthcare needs as it has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I have worked for 8+ years in optical/optometry clinics and have worked in long term care and assisted living for 3 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in biology from Keystone College and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Scranton. I also obtained various certifications in emergency management through FEMA. I have a strong desire to continue to better myself as a healthcare professional so I can continually provide quality patient care. All American Hearing allows me to do that, and I couldn’t ask for a better situation that has been provided for me here. I love the company and the patients I see.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my two boys and my wife. We enjoy fishing, bike rides, baseball, football, and visiting our family here in northeast Pennsylvania and in Alabama. My wife and I love to work out as well, whether it be going for runs or doing CrossFit. I am a huge Philadelphia Eagles and Florida State Seminoles fan.

Regional Administrative Manager

My name is Rosemary DiGregorio and I have been in the world of Customer Service/Patient Care since 2004. I am an outgoing, fun loving individual that enjoys being around people and connecting with others. I started in the hearing industry as a Patient Care Coordinator back in 2014 and have since been promoted to Regional Administrative Manager of the Eastern Pennsylvania and Virginia regions. I love traveling to my clinics and helping accentuate the knowledge and confidence of the Patient Services Coordinators in my region!

I have been working with NewSound Hearing since December 2014. I love working with people and the patients are the greatest part of my job! I have a passion for improving the lives of others, both with patients and fellow employees, and love helping out in any way that I can. I have been working for 15 years and can finally say I have found a career that is fulfilling and makes me feel like a better person everyday!
